Mini Bell Pepper Boats w/ Blue Cheese and Sugared Walnuts
- Mini Bell Peppers
- Blue Cheese
- Cream Cheese
- Candied Walnut Halves
- Slowly toast walnuts in 1 Tablespoon melted butter in heavy frying pan. Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon of sugar. Set aside to cool.
- Rinse, seed and cut the mini bell peppers in half to make “boats.”
- Mix blue cheese with cream cheese. Add more or less blue cheese to meet your taste preference. I prefer it a little stronger.
- Stuff the mini bells with the blue cheese mixture and top with a candied walnut.
