Manchego with a Twist

Serves: 8-12
- Manchego Cheese (can substitute Cinco Lanzas)
- Spanish Pimenton (smoked paprika)
- Wildflower Honey
- Slice the Manchego into triangles (keep edible rind on top edge)
- Sprinkle with Spanish Pimenton (smoked paprika)
- Drizzle with honey (warm first if too thick)
