Tapas Cones-Perfect for a Fiesta!

Serves: 5-100
- Cinco Lanzas (Spanish cheese) or Manchego
- Pimiento stuffed Spanish Olives
- Chorizo or Salami
- Marcona Almonds (or salted & roasted)
- Bamboo Cones
- Bamboo Skewers
- Cut the cheese into triangles.
- Cut the Chorizo into ¼" slices.
- Drain the olives.
- Skewer the chorizo and olives
- Put one or two slices of cheese in the cone, tuck in a chorizo skewer and add a handful of almonds!
- Serve with Bokisch Spanish wines-Verdejo, Garnacha or Graciano would go nicely!
