Tapas Cones-Perfect for a Fiesta!

Ingredients
  • Cinco Lanzas (Spanish cheese) or Manchego
  • Pimiento stuffed Spanish Olives
  • Chorizo or Salami
  • Marcona Almonds (or salted & roasted)
  • Bamboo Cones
  • Bamboo Skewers
Instructions
  1. Cut the cheese into triangles.
  2. Cut the Chorizo into ¼" slices.
  3. Drain the olives.
  4. Skewer the chorizo and olives
  5. Put one or two slices of cheese in the cone, tuck in a chorizo skewer and add a handful of almonds!
  6. Serve with Bokisch Spanish wines-Verdejo, Garnacha or Graciano would go nicely!
