- Single Cocktail – served on the rocks
- 4oz Bokisch Albarino Andrus Island
- 1oz Vodka, Gin, or Rum (your preference) – if you’re feeling adventurous, try New Amsterdam Apple Vodka
- 3oz Pineapple Juice
- .25oz Lime Juice
- .25oz Simple Syrup
- This is the Single Cocktail Version.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large glass or shaker.
- Serve over ice in a large goblet.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges.
