This recipe is from Suzanne Ledbetter and is an old family favorite! Thank you Suzanne for sharing the secret with us! It's a great recipe to celebrate 4th of July and pairs perfectly with Bokisch Graciano. Try making a batch of Bokisch Sangria to sip on while these delicious ribs are slow cooking!

Serves: 6
Ingredients
  • 3 racks of Baby Back Ribs
  • Bone Suckin Sauce: 1 bottle each of Mydinger’s Bar-B-Que Shake Seasoning, Dry Rub and Mydinger’s Bar-B-Que Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce
Instructions
  1. Cover a large baking sheet with foil and remove the ribs from the packaging.
  2. Place the racks on the foil and liberally apply the dry rub on both sides of the ribs.
  3. Cover with foil and place in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  4. For Smoker : Remove from the refrigerator and start your smoker. Set your smoker to 225 degrees and place the ribs on racks. Let cook for three hours. Lift lid and brush the ribs with Bone Sucking BBQ sauce (a basting style sauce). When the ribs have been smoking for four and half hours, brush both sides of the ribs with Mydinger’s BBQ sauce and turn up the smoker to 275 degrees. Cook for an additional hour, until ribs are caramelized and tender. Remove the ribs and let them rest for ten minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
  5. For BBQ: Heat oven to 200 degrees. Cover the ribs in foil and cook for three and a half to four hours. Turn on your BBQ to medium low or start charcoal barbecue. Brush the ribs with Bone Sucking BBQ sauce (a basting style sauce), wrap ribs completely in foil, and cook for an additional hour on indirect heat. Remove the ribs from the foil and brush with Mydinger’s BBQ sauce and cook for thirty minutes until ribs are caramelized and tender. Remove the ribs and let rest for ten minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
