Cranberry Goat Cheese & Persimmon Crostini

- Skyhill Farms Cranberry Goat Cheese
- 1-2 Fuyu Persimmons
- 1 package Fig and Olive Raincoast Crisp Crackers
- Honey (to drizzle)
- Slice persimmons into thin bites
- Place on top the Raincoast crackers
- Spoon Cranberry goat cheese on top
- Drizzle with honey
If your honey is too thick, just place the desired amount into a microwave safe container for 15 seconds!
