This cute little tapa is a perfect bite of deliciousness. The creamy Manchego combined with the peach jam and dried apricot pair beautifully with our award winning Garnacha Blanca.

Ingredients
Manchego Cheese
Peach Jam
Dried Apricots
Blueberries
Instructions
Cut the Manchego into triangles about ¼ inch thick.
Recut into smaller bite-sized triangles.
Cut the dried apricots in half or quarters.
Skewer the cheese followed by the apricot and a blueberry on top.
Put the skewer on a dollop of jam and serve!
Notes
This recipe can be made a couple hours in advance and is best served at room temperature to get the full flavor of the cheese.
