This cute little tapa is a perfect bite of deliciousness. The creamy Manchego combined with the peach jam and dried apricot pair beautifully with our award winning Garnacha Blanca.

  • Manchego Cheese
  • Peach Jam
  • Dried Apricots
  • Blueberries
Instructions
  1. Cut the Manchego into triangles about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Recut into smaller bite-sized triangles.
  3. Cut the dried apricots in half or quarters.
  4. Skewer the cheese followed by the apricot and a blueberry on top.
  5. Put the skewer on a dollop of jam and serve!
Notes
This recipe can be made a couple hours in advance and is best served at room temperature to get the full flavor of the cheese.
