We love our solar oven! When it's too hot to cook or BBQ, it's the perfect solution. It takes about 3 hours, so just plan ahead so you can relax and chill by the pool while the sun does all the work. Our favorite recipe is the pork loin. It turns our incredibly juicy and tender. Serve with our classic Family Estate Tempranillo.
