This recipe was created by my mom, Jane. It is the most delicious thing you can ever imagine! Crispy fried Manchego cheese...hot and oozing with salty flavors. Need I say more? Indulge yourself, but don't forget this recipe requires a bold delicious Bokisch wine like our Liberty Oaks Tempranillo to wash it down!

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
Manchego Cheese (cut into triangles)
Egg
Panko
Flour
Olive Oil
Roasted Piquillo Peppers (optional)
Instructions
Prepare 3 plates with flour, panko and egg.
Pre-heat a frying pan or griddle to medium with olive oil.
Dredge the cut Manchego wedges in flour, egg and panko.
Fry until crispy on each side, turn over and then drain on a paper towel.
Serve with slices of roasted piquillo peppers and sprinkle with sea salt.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
