These delightful skewers are only as good as the ingredients you can find at your local deli. Look for gourmet pre-marinated mushrooms and olives. Save time by using pre-rolled prosciutto paninos. Freshen the ingredients with fresh herbs, lemon zest and drizzle with olive oil.

Ingredients
  • Marinated Mushrooms
  • Pitted Green Olives (your choice)
  • Prosciutto Paninos (or Mozzarella Salumi Rolls)
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Bokisch Terra Alta Estate Grown Olive Oil
  • Bamboo Skewers
Instructions
  1. Drain the mushrooms.
  2. Slice the Prosciutto Paninos into bite sized pieces
  3. Skewer each ingredient into an artful design. I started with one of the panino rolls, followed by an olive, another panino roll and a mushroom on the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, drizzle with olive oil.
  5. You can also finish it off with fresh lemon zest.
Notes
