Blackberry-Chocolate Delight

Serves: 8-10

This little scrumptious tapa has everything in one bite! This tapa taste was designed specifically to pair with our Tizona Petit Verdot. It has a trio of flavors of chocolate, blackberry, goat cheese and a sprinkling of sea salt. It will melt in your mouth combined with our silky Petit Verdot.
Ingredients
  • Mini Crostini Toasts
  • Nutella
  • Plain Goat Cheese by Skyhill Farms
  • Blackberry Jam
  • Sea Salt
  • Rosemary
Instructions
  1. Spoon three equal parts of goat cheese, nutella and blackberry jam onto a bite sized crostini.
  2. Add a bittersweet chocolate kiss in the middle.
  3. Sprinkle with freshly ground sea salt & a single sprig of rosemary.
