Cranberry Goat Cheese & Persimmon Crostini

Cranberry Goat Cheese & Persimmon Crostini

Prep time:  5 mins

Total time:  5 mins

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients
  • Skyhill Farms Cranberry Goat Cheese
  • 1-2 Fuyu Persimmons
  • 1 package Fig and Olive Raincoast Crisp Crackers
  • Honey (to drizzle)
Instructions
  1. Slice persimmons into thin bites
  2. Place on top the Raincoast crackers
  3. Spoon Cranberry goat cheese on top
  4. Drizzle with honey
Notes
If your honey is too thick, just place the desired amount into a microwave safe container for 15 seconds!
