Cranberry Goat Crostini

Prep time:  10 mins

Cook time:  10 mins

Total time:  20 mins

Serves: 10-12

This little tapa bite is perfect to put together during the holidays! I love to use the cranberry goat cheese from Skyhill Farms. It's savory and has just the right amount of cranberries mixed in. It pairs beautifully with our Reserve Malbec!
Ingredients
  • Crostini
  • Cranberry Goat Cheese
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Tizona Reserve Malbec
  • Cinnamonn
Instructions
  1. Simmer the dried cranberries in a cup of Malbec. Let cool.
  2. Spread the cranberry goat cheese on the crostini.
  3. Top with a couple macerated cranberries.
  4. Sprinkle with just a pinch of cinnamonn.
