Happy Sant Jordi! Every year on April 23rd, couples, friends and family members give each other a book or a rose to celebrate the Patron Saint of Catalonia, Sant Jordi (Saint George). From the grand avenues of Barcelona to the cobblestone village roads, you will find bookstands and flowers being sold.
