Padron Peppers

We eat these like potato chips in Barcelona Pubs. This is a delicious 30 second tapa that never fails…to addict! Don’t worry, these little peppers are surprisingly mild, so even those with wimpy pallettes can enjoy!

30 seconds? No kidding! Rinse peppers, throw in a hot pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, stir them and as soon as they start to turn black they are done. Turn out on a serving dish and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy while hot!
