Chocolate Decadence Brownies with smoked Spanish Paprika

Recipe:

By Chef Mark Bernker of Taste Restaurant

Ingredients

  • 24 oz dark chocolate
  • 12 oz butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in a large bowl.
  3. Pour in the melted chocolate and mix together.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered 10 “ pan and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until set.
  5. Let cool and remove from pan. Cut into squares and dip the sides into smoke Spanish Paprika.
  6. Serve with a glass of Bokisch Tempranillo!
