Fig Jam and Goat Cheese Tapa

Serves: 6-12

These yummy bites come together in minutes. Bring the ingredients to a picnic and make your own tapa! Serve with our classic Tempranillo for a perfect pairing.
Ingredients
  • 1 jar fig jam
  • 1 small package plain goat cheese
  • Fig and Olive Raincoast Crisps
  • Fresh Rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Spread the goat cheese on a Raincoast Crisp.
  2. Add a teaspoon of fig jam.
  3. Garnish the platter with fresh rosemary.
Notes
Not a fan of goat cheese? Just cut with cream cheese and it will mask the flavor.
