Watermelon & Feta Salad

Watermelon & Feta Salad

Liz is enjoying creating summer salads loosely based on this recipe. Mix it up and put your own spin on it!
Ingredients
  • 1 small watermelon or ½ watermelon, sliced in ½" thick triangles
  • 4 oz of feta cheese, cut in cubes
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4-5 basil leaves, cut up
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
Instructions
  1. Arrange watermelon and other ingredients on a platter
  2. drizzle with olive oil and salt to taste
