Manchego & Membrillo

I like to serve this combination of flavors in a myriad of ways; all are good, and seemingly disappear as soon as I set them out!

In triangle shaped wedges:

M&M Triangles

In napoleon stacks:

Triangulos Napolitanos

In crunchy filo cups:

Manchego & Membrillo Triangles

Prep time:  15 mins

Total time:  15 mins

Ingredients
  • Manchego Cheese
  • Membrillo (Quince Paste)
  • Marcona Almonds
Instructions
  1. Soften the membrillo
  2. Cut manchego into triangles
  3. Place a teaspoon sized dollop of membrillo on the wide end of cheese triangle
  4. Place a Marcona almond on membrillo
  5. Serve on a gorgeous black or silver platter
