Marinated Feta

Recipe: Feta Chunks with Figs, Kalamata Olives and Lemon Rind

Ingredients

  • Whole Feta
  • Pitted Kalamata Olives (sliced in half)
  • Fresh Lemon Rind
  • Fresh Figs (cut in half)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Break apart Feta into two chunky halves.
  2. Cover with a handful or two of Kalamata olives.
  3. Top with fresh lemon rind.
  4. Place figs alongside or on top of feta chunks.
  5. Drizzle with an abundance of extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Serve with crackers or bread.
